Stack’d Society is a modern, women-focused social club for Mahjong, Canasta, and elevated gameplay. Our mission is to provide a welcoming, beautifully curated environment for learning, playing, and connecting.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for members and guests. Responsibilities include welcoming players, managing check-ins, assisting with reservations, and supporting membership sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Member & Guest Experience:
• Greet members warmly
• Assist with Play by Point check-ins
• Provide class, event, and membership information

Membership Sales:
• Explain membership options
• Guide sign-ups and upgrades
• Track inquiries and conversions

Reservations & App Support:
• Assist with booking/rescheduling • Manage table assignments
• Help guests navigate the app

Front Desk Operations:
• Answer calls and messages
• Maintain clean, organized desk area • Handle payments

Club Support:
• Prepare/reset tables

• Assist teachers with class setup • Support retail sales

SKILLS & QUALITIES
• Strong communication
• Warm personality
• Organized multitasker
• Tech-savvy
• Hospitality experience a plus

COMPENSATION
• Hourly pay based on experience
