  • What is Stack’d Society?
    Stack’d Society is a modern, women-focused social club designed for Mahjong, Canasta, and curated game play. Our space brings together community, connection, and play in a beautifully designed lounge—open daily for lessons, open play, private events, and tournaments.

  • How do memberships work?
    Membership gives you access to our lounge, priority booking for tables, exclusive member events, discounted classes, and early access to tournaments. Once you join, you’ll receive a member login to reserve tables, manage your bookings, and access your benefits.

  • What are the different membership tiers?
    At Stack’d Society, we offer a range of membership options so you can choose the level of access that fits your lifestyle, schedule, and style of play:

  • Unlimited Membership: Our most popular option!

  • Enjoy full access to the club seven days a week, plus unlimited table reservations each month. Perfect for players who want the flexibility to drop in anytime, join social games, practice, or host their own group. Includes exclusive perks, priority sign-ups, and members-only specials.

  • Social Membership: Ideal for beginners, casual players, or anyone who wants to play without a full-time commitment.

  • This tier includes a set number of monthly play sessions, plus special pricing on classes, workshops, tournaments, merch, and events. A great way to be part of the community while learning and growing your game.

  • Day Pass: Great for guests, travelers, or occasional players.

  • A Day Pass gives you single-day access to the club, including the ability to join open play (pending availability) or reserve a table for your group. No long-term commitment—just come enjoy the space when you want it.

  • Can I bring guests?
    Yes! Members are welcome to bring guests. All guests must purchase a Day Pass to play in the club. Guests are expected to follow all club guidelines and may join events or classes when space is available.

  • How do I upgrade or cancel my membership?
    You can request a membership change anytime by contacting us through your member portal or emailing us directly.

  • Cancellations take 24–48 hours to process, and if your billing date falls within that window, the upcoming charge will still apply. Your membership will then end on the next billing cycle.

  • Do I need a membership to attend events or classes?
    No—many of our classes, workshops, and special events are open to non-members. Members do receive discounted pricing and early access, but anyone can join our community through events.

  • Is my membership transferable or refundable?
    All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any remaining play credits will stay active until your next billing cycle after cancellation.

App & Reservations

  • How do I download and use the Stack’d Society app?
    Stack’d Society operates through the Play by Point (PBP) app.

  • Download Play by Point from the App Store or Google Play

  • Create your profile using the same email you registered with us

  • Search for Stack’d Society under facilities

  • View memberships, credits, schedules, and upcoming events

  • Reserve tables, purchase credits, and manage bookings right inside the app.

The app is your all-in-one hub for play, classes, tournaments, and membership management.

How do I reserve a table or join a game?
All reservations are made through Play by Point:

Open the app

Select Book a Table or Join a Session

Choose your date, time, and game (Mahjong, Canasta, etc.)

Apply your membership credits or pay the drop-in fee

Add friends/players to your reservation

Your confirmation will appear instantly in the app under My Bookings.

Can I start my own game group through the app?
Yes! Stack’d Society makes it easy to build your own group and play on your schedule.

You can start a group by:

  • Booking a table for your preferred date and time

  • Adding your players to the reservation (optional)

If you're looking to fill seats or meet new players, you can also use our Game Match feature to connect with others who are interested in joining a game. 

Once you have an active membership, you’ll also be added to our WhatsApp community, where you can find other players who are available at the same time as you.


What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?
We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your reservation directly through the Play by Point app.

To keep things fair for all members, please cancel at least 5 hours in advance so another player or group can enjoy the spot.

  • Cancellations made within the 5-hour window may result in the loss of that play credit.

  • After 3 no-shows, a $50 fee will be automatically charged to your account.

  • If you cancel on time, your credit is immediately returned to your account.

All policies are managed seamlessly and automatically through the app.


How do I join a tournament or special event?

Tournaments, workshops, and special events are all listed under the Events tab in Play by Point.

Simply:

  • Go to Events

  • Select the event you want

  • Register using credits or event pricing

  • Receive instant confirmation inside the app

Members get early access and discounted pricing depending on tier.

Gameplay

Do I need to know how to play Mahjong, Canasta, or any game to join?
No! Stack’d Society is for all levels — from total beginners to seasoned players.

We offer intro classes, guided play sessions, and practice games so you can learn at your own pace.

Do you offer game supplies?

Yes, we do! When you book your table in the app, you’ll be able to indicate whether you need supplies and select which game you’ll be playing. We’ll have everything ready for you when you arrive.

All Mahjong sets, Canasta decks, racks, dice rollers, and accessories are provided at no cost during your reservation.

Can I bring my own tiles/cards?

Yes — many players love bringing their personal sets.
You’re welcome to use your own:

  • Mahjong tiles

  • Racks & pushers

  • Canasta decks

  • Dice, rollers, and accessories

Just let the front desk know so we can help set up your table properly.

What are the general game-day rules?

To keep play enjoyable for everyone, we follow a simple set of etiquette and rules:

  • Arrive on time for your reservation

  • Respect your table’s start and end time

  • Keep conversations at a friendly volume

  • Be kind, supportive, and inclusive — we’re here to play, not stress 🚀

  • Clean up your space before leaving

  • Follow staff instructions regarding equipment and setup

We keep the environment welcoming, relaxing, and community-focused.

What is the difference between round & square tables?
It all comes down to personal preference! Both table styles are comfortable and game-friendly, but players often choose based on the game they’re playing:

  • Round tables are typically preferred for Mahjong, as the circular shape gives each player a bit more personal space and makes gameplay feel balanced and open.

  • Square tables at Stack’d Society are slightly larger than standard, making them a great fit for Canasta, where you’ll want extra room to lay out and meld your cards.

Members can select their preferred table style when making a reservation through the app.

Space & Amenities

What’s included in the club space?
Dedicated game tables, private room, game sets, seating areas, beverage station, retail, Wi-Fi, and staff support.

Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes! We also provide small snacks, beverages & coffee on site.

Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes.

Are children allowed?
Only during designated family events or private bookings.

What’s the dress code?
Whatever you like to play in!

Is parking available?
Yes.

How far in advance do I need to book a private event?
We recommend 2–4 weeks in advance.

Is outside catering allowed for private bookings?
